"where?" vs "who/which"

I wished to add that I may have misunderstood Peter's query, since some of the interesting examples already given in this discussion (those Paolo mentions, among others) illustrate the formal homology that "who/which" shares with "what?",  rather than the one it shares with "where?". So far, the languages which seem to correspond to Peter's query are, in my opinion, Lithuanian, modern Greek, Romani, some Southern German dialects, Thai-Lao, Yahgan, Bichelamar.
