Adjective-Noun order

[Jan Rijkhoff]

'The Noun Phrase' (Rijkhoff - OUP 2002Hb/2004Pb) has data on adjectives in a representative sample of the world's languages. 
See, for example, section 4.3 (pp. 121-145) and in particular section 4.3.4 (pp. 140-41), which discusses 'doubling' of adjectives in e.g. Abkhaz, Alamblak, Basque, Bukiyip, Georgian, Hittite, Kayardild, Nama Hottentot, Nasioi, Ngalakan, Sumerian (see also section 4.3.2 on doubling in Chukchi, Gude, Oromo, and Pipil).
