scholarships for ALT10 in Leipzig

Dear ALT members,

ALT has a limited amount of funds to provide support for members 
attending the ALT Conference in Leipzig 
<http://www.eva.mpg.de/lingua/conference/2013_ALT10/>. Financial support 
is available for members whose abstract has been accepted (oral 
presentation or poster), and will be awarded on the basis of financial 
need of the applicant.

ALT members wishing to apply for financial support should send an 
application to the secretary-treasurer <jcv at arts.kuleuven.be>, before 
April 5th. The application should consist of a brief statement (one 
paragraph) explaining why the applicant considers himself/herself to be 
in need of financial assistance, an estimate of the costs to be covered, 
and a short letter of reference from a supervisor or head of department.

ALT scholarships are intended for scholars from developing countries and 
for students anywhere.
