This month, two eminent typologists are celebrating special birthdays:

Claude Hagège <https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Claude_Hag%C3%A8ge>
(*1936-01-01) is celebrating his 80th birthday. Among many other things,
Claude coined the term "logophoric pronoun" (1974) and wrote the book
"Adpositions" (2010).

Ekkehard König <https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ekkehard_K%C3%B6nig>
(*1941-01-15) is celebrating his 75th birthday. Among many other things,
Ekkehard was the project director of the ESF's EUROTYP project
(1990-1994) that gave the impetus for founding the Association of
Linguistic Typology in 1994-1995.

Happy birthday!
Martin
