[Lingtyp] Literature on constituent questions

Dear lingtyp members,

I would like to read on constituent questions' typology (e.g. WH-questions
in English). Konig and Siemund's chapter in "Language Typology and
Syntactic Description" (2007) titled "Speech act distinctions in grammar"
has a section on constituent questions which is very nice and clear but
also very short.

For further reading, they note that there is actually little on the topic,
and they recommend:

1. Chisholm, Milic, and Greppin (1984)
2. Cheng (1997)
3. Siemund (2001)

Would anyone here have any recommendations? Possibly something that
appeared in the last 15-20 years?
