Chapter 4 of Ideophones and the evolution of language (haiman 2018) deals
with this pattern arguing that the original iconic motivation for 2sg /k/
or /t/ was a pointing gesture, while 1st. Nasal was contrastively motivated
-- a non pointing gesture. Widespread 2s. nasal could have originated as a
euphemism much like V forms in SAE languages
