[Lingtyp] statistics Active vs. Passive and Simple Past vs. Perfect

Dear colleagues,
What do we know (or where can we read) about the ratio of Active vs. Passive finite verb forms in text of the languages with developed Passive? And about the ratio Perfect vs. Simple Past in the languages with a good deictic Perfect, like Literary British English?
