[Lingtyp] Discourse markers

The notion "discourse markers" is highly controverisal. There is a special
volume dedicated to this topic (how to define cross-linguisticaly discourse
markers and modal particles):
Liesbeth Degand, Bert Cornillie and Paola Pietrandrea (eds), Discourse
Markers and Modal Particles: Categorization and Description, Amsterdam and
Philadelphia, PA: John Benjamins, 2013.
