Joo, the constructions you mentioned are impersonal. Such constructions are
apparently disregarded in the literature on subject inversion (Barbosa 2009
and others).



Christian, the definition of subject-verb inversion is “subject-verb
inversion occurs when both SV and VS orders are possible in declarative
sentences.” As mentioned earlier, the verb must be transitive and the
subject must be referential (non-impersonal).
