[Lingtyp] Doctoral position at LABEX-EFL (Paris)

The research programme "Typology and Dynamics of Linguistics Systems"  
of the Laboratory of Excellence "Empirical Foundations of Linguistics"  
(Université Sorbonne Paris Cité) seeks to fill a three-year position  
(100%, starting Oct 1st, 2020) for the preparation of a doctoral  
thesis on one of the following topics:


- Non-canonical inflection in Mesoamerican languages

- A grammatical and lexicographic corpus-driven study of Manding languages

- Using regular homophonies for the delimitation, internal  
classification and reconstruction of Niger-Congo

- Missionary linguistics : Diego Collado’s work on Japanese

- Gender and/or race in codeswitching
