[Lingtyp] Mainland Northeast Asia (MNEA) as a linguistic area

The colexification of 'put' and 'release' is not restricted to this
particular area; it is also found in at least some Gyalrong languages
further south (Japhug *ta* 'put' can be used in the sense of 'release, let
... get away with it' ="放过"), and I would not be surprised if it is found
in other languages of Western Sichuan.
