Dear David
You might be interested in the TULQuest archive, set up by a group of French researchers a few years ago and containing a large number of questionnaires, stimuli and the like.
http://tulquest.huma-num.fr/
(It is described in the following article: https://scholarspace.manoa.hawaii.edu/items/698eccb4-7f9b-4329-b33b-35961ad2e740 in an edited volume that contains descriptions of a number of questionnaires and stimuli by various scholars)
Do note that there is no need to register in order to look through or download from the site; registration is only necessary for uploading materials, which anyone interested is encouraged to do.
Best wishes
Aimée
