[Lingtyp] ELAN FLEx ELAN round trip

Hi Eline,

I'm also waiting for this process to get easier one day. One recent
improvement since FLEx 9 is that you can create custom text fields which
match the tier names of your ELAN project, so that all your tiers can make
the round trip.
