[Lingtyp] IHRCs and verb-final order

Odd, I've only personally encountered internal relative clauses in
verb-initial languages, and that turns out to be massively skewed against
the global trends. The World_morphosyntax database (Kalyan and Donohue
2023) shows these languages as being SOV and having internally-headed
relative clauses:
