[Lingtyp] Two types of frequency

Dear typologists,

What are the terms for the following two types of frequency:

1. The frequency in which a phoneme appears in the lexemes of a lect's vocabulary (i.e. how many lexemes have this phoneme)

2. The frequency in which a phoneme appears within the utterance of the lect's user (i.e. how often does this phoneme occur in a given person's use of this lect)

Googling and ChatGPT have failed me. I would appreciate it if you could let me know whether there are terms for these two types of frequency.
