[Lingtyp] benefactives

Dear Sergey,
Here is an English translation of a paper I published in Chinese in 2007 in which we argue that the benefactive applicative in the Rawang language of  Kachin State, Myanmar, derives from the verb ’to do’. This source for a benefactive seems to not have been attested before.
