Save the date!

The Seventh Workshop on the Languages of Papua (WLP7) will take place in Ternate city (North Maluku province, Indonesia), in the week commencing 12 January 2026.

The scope of WLP includes all Papuan languages, as well as the neighbouring Austronesian and contact languages spoken in New Guinea, the Solomon Islands, Timor-Leste, and parts of eastern Indonesia.
