Moreover, fortunately my wife is a linguist too. My books and offprints will be useful to her.

Dear Friends and Colleagues,
all linguistic books (+ hundreds of abstracts) my wife and I have collected in more than 50 years, will be hosted by a cultural institution (a College in our town), where they will be kept at disposal of students and everyone who would care for linguistics (and other coterminous disciplines)..
However: ad multos annos !

the main idea behind this action is that these books could yet fulfill
some useful purpose (instead of my heirs throwing them in the bin).
