[Lingtyp] Typology of information perspective

Hi Juergen,
I have a chapter on information structure in Papuan languages coming out in
the upcoming *Oxford guide to Papuan languages*. I'll send the manuscript
to you separately, but I'm emailing this to the list in case anyone else
wants a copy, too.
