[Lingtyp] ALT membership

Dear ALT members,

The Nominating Committee of the Association for Linguistic Typology (I  
Wayan Arka, Peter Arkadiev, Françoise Rose, and myself as chair) have  
been asked to propose candidates for positions in the Executive  
Committee that will become vacant due to the association's 4-year  
rotation scheme. The candidates should of course be members of the ALT.

Now it turns out that only few ALT members are registered in the  
current membership list. We would therefore like to ask you (if you  
haven't done so yet) to register in order to confirm your membership,  
ideally before July 7th. Here is the link to the registration form:

All you need to do is fill in your name and your email address. The  
information will be kept confidential. 

The potential candidates will be selected from this list and will of  
course first be contacted by us.
