Dear Vladmir,
In chapter 6 of my dissertation I try to demonstrate that Abawiri (Indonesia: Lakes Plain) has no grammatical encoding of semantic roles like S, A, P. Rather, the grammar has extensive marking of information structural categories like topic and focus.
I think Several Tibeto-Burman languages have been argued to lack grammatical relations as well, including Mongsen Ao (Coupe 2007) and Khatso (Donlay 2019). The details are different in each, of course.
Best,
Brendon
