The Eighth Annual Student Conference in Linguistics
April 19th - 21st 1996
New York University
ABSTRACT DEADLINE: JANUARY 5th 1996!!!!!
- The SCIL VIII Conference Committee invites submissions in all areas of
theoretical linguistics including historical linguistics and psycholinguistics.
Please observe the following format:
(1) Send 6 copies of an ananymous abstract no more than 1 page in length
(2) 12 pt font
(3) second page for data/references only
(4) 3 x 5" index card with author(s) name, affiliation, e-mail and post address

title of paper and area (syntax, semantics etc.)
(5) one joint abstract and one individual may be submitted
