Just wanted to say thanks to the following people: Stan Whitley,
Rebecca Meyer, Mark Beltin, Michael Bernstein, Ioanna Kappa, Saltarel,
Antony Green, Amalia Arvanti, Maj-Britt Mosegaard Hansen, Joaquim de
Carvalho, Joe Hilferty, and Bjoern Lilienthal for writing me back with
the information I requested on the font for tree diagrams. The
majority of responses were for Arboreal for Windows from Cascadilla
Press.  Here's the basic info I got from M. Bernstein at Cascadilla:
Arboreal for Windows is available from Cascadilla Press, works with
Windows 3.1, 95, or later, works with any word processor, and is quite
