Subject: Funded PhD position in English Language and Linguistics.
The following position at Roskilde University, Denmark, is hereby
re-advertised:
Applications are invited for a PhD scholarship in the area of
English Language and Linguistics. Applications should include copies
of relevant exam documents and references, as well as a project
proposal (approx. 5 pages) including project definition, description
of methodology and a work plan. Applicants should enclose 3 identical

The PhD position is funded for up to 3 years. The PhD student is

Subject: One-year replacement position
The Linguistics Studies Program at Syracuse University invites applications
for a one-year replacement to teach 4 or 5 courses in its BA/MA program.
Three courses will be: Introduction to Linguistic Analysis, Introduction
to Phonology, and Introduction to Syntax. The other course(s) will also
likely be at the introductory level, but the field(s) will be determined in
consultation with the instructor.
