Specialty in foreign language acquisition theory.  Rank of Assistant
or Associate Professor.  Specialists in any of the subfields of FLA

Subject:  Instructional Technology Specialist; Instructor at Tulane

Tulane University seeks an instructional technology specialist to establish
and administer a two year program to provide training for our foreign
language academic community in the pedagogical use of new technologies and
to assist them in creating their own curricular materials.

Qualifications for this position include:  a college degree in applied
linguistics, foreign language pedagogy, instructional technology, or a
related field; experience in designing and using World Wide Web, digital
graphic, and multimedia applications for instruction; substantive knowledge
of Macintosh and Windows/Intel software and hardware; interpersonal,
leadership, and organizational skills; and skills in written and oral
communication with both non-technical end users and technical staff.
