CALL FOR PROPOSALS, POSTER SESSION
CREAL-Center for Research on Language Teaching and Learning
(University of Ottawa) would like to include a poster session as part
of its colloquium entitled " TECHNOLOGY IN L2 TEACHING AND LEARNING :
WHAT DOES RESEARCH TELL US ?" (May 6 and 7, 1999).
The poster session will provide researchers and student-researchers
with an opportunity to display their work, be it part of a master's or
PhD thesis or of an independent research project. Selected proposals
will focus on technology in second language learning/teaching, and may
describe theoretical or applied research studies. No more than fifteen
proposals will be accepted. Please submit a 500 word text describing
your study (in English or French). If selected, this text will appear
in the proceedings of the colloquium. A shorter summary (150 words)
should also be included for the colloquium programme. Send your
proposal in a message (not as an attached file) to the following email
address: drenie at uottawa.ca. Your name, full address and affiliation
should be printed at the top of the page. All proposals must be
received by March 1st 1999, and all authors will receive an evaluation
