We'd like to remind readers that the responses to queries are usually
best posted to the individual asking the question. That individual is
then strongly encouraged to post a summary to the list. This policy was
instituted to help control the huge volume of mail on LINGUIST; so we
would appreciate your cooperating with it whenever it seems appropriate.

Does anyone know how advanced the EuroWordnet project is?
Any new about its public distribution?
I am interested in using something akin to wordnet for Spanish natural
language processing.
I have tried reaching the Euro Wordnet project website at
http://www.let.uva.nl/~ewn/
but it seems to be off-line.
Thanks for any help you might be able to provide
-Martin

Dear linguist list members:
This Fall I will be teaching an undergraduate introductory
sociolinguistics seminar (for general linguistics majors in Croatia)
in which I would like to have my students do some type of hands-on
work. I am familiar with the pre-1990 literature, but I would
appreciate any suggestions for good general undergraduate textbooks
(as well as books on sociolinguistic theory) written after 1990. (My
particular interests are linguistic change, contact linguistics, and
attitudes about language.)

I'm looking for some macros to build RST trees with LaTeX.
Could you suggest me any site where I can find them?
Thank you
