RIAO 2000 : Content-Based Multimedia Information Access

Due to many requests, it has been decided to postpone the deadline
 for RIAO'2000 Paper Submissions to Monday, November 15 at latest.
 An Open Guichet is established for Application Demonstrations, which
may be submitted after the first deadline of November 17.
