Correction for 11.246
	
In the recent posting regarding the Homepage of Integrational Linguistics,
the name of the Homepage was accidentally changed from "Integrational
Linguistics" to "International Linguistics". We appologize for this mistake.

The following is the corrected version.

Due to a reorganization of our institute's computer network, the Homepage of
Integrational Linguistics had to go offline during the last three weeks or
so. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
