Content Analyst

Join a leading-edge team that is developing systems to automatically
extract knowledge from the biomedical literature. As a Content Analyst.

Responsibilities:

Evaluation of the accuracy of extracted information Discovery and
classification of cases of incorrect extraction Working with linguists
to improve the accuracy of automatically acquired information

Education:

M.S. or Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Cellular Biology, or related field

Requirements:

At least two years of independent biochemical or genetic laboratory
experience Knowledge of the meaning of biomedical terms commonly used
in literature Excellent language skills and ability to clearly explain
biomedical concepts A team player with attention to detail Quick
reading rate

Preferred:

Experience with UNIX operating system and Microsoft Office
PERL programming experience
