Dear List,
I'm looking for recordings of connected speech in Jukun, a
discrete-level
tone language from Nigeria.
If anyone has a recording of Jukun, can you please let me know?
Thanks,
Ani Patel

Hi All,
I am trying to find an answer to a question.
Could you tell me 'How many sounds are used in the standard every
day English language? For example, you can pronounce any Japanese
word with the use of 118 sounds total, what is that number for the English
language?
Thanks if you can help,
Mike
