Dear Colleagues,
As many of you probably know, Professor William G. Moulton, a past
President of the LSA, and retired from the Princeton faculty, passed away
this summer at his home in New Hampshire at the age of 86. I am presently
putting together an obituary for Language. I have collected most of the
relevant biographical information, but I would really like to fold in more
in the way of personal recollections of Bill as a teacher and colleague.
If you have any stories you would like to share, I would be very grateful.
Regards,
Mark L.
