Vanuatu has more languages for its population size than any other
country in the world. Many of these are almost completely
undescribed, while differing amounts of information have been recorded

linguistic geography of the entire country in the light of the most
recent documentation. It also provides intending and experienced
linguistic researchers, as well as the literacy and educational policy
practitioners, with an exhaustive up-to-date annotated bibliographical
listing for every language. 2001 ISBN 0 85883 469 3 xiv + 187 pp.
