Work with a team of dialog designers and engineers to design and
develop voice user interface applications, products and tools. Job
duties will include: responsible for analysis and database management
of call logs, grammar pruning & tuning, and reporting. Troubleshooting
of problems in speech recognition, systems, audio engineering and
parameter tuning. The ideal candidate will have well developed
analytic and problem solving skills. Must be a professional team
player who is also able to take on new challenges and
responsibilities.
Must have 1-2 years programming experience in Java. Experience
programming in Perl is a plus. Also requires experience in shell
scripting, system analysis and troubleshooting. BSCS/MSCS preferred.
