I curious about these words. In what language are these words and
what are their meanings. I know that the Turkana Lake was named
apparently after the Turkana (a people). And ditto for Tuaregs.
What does their name mean in what language? I hope there are linguists
out there who specialize in these things.
Thank you.

Subject: Phoneticly Organized Dictionary
I am currently trying to set up an auditory lexical decision task and need
to construct a list of stimuli taking onset phoneme and uniqueness points
into account. Is anyone aware of a dictionary organised purely on phonetic
criteria rather than a pronouncing dictionary which lists words
orthographically?
Many thanks for any help anyone can give me.
