We'd like to remind readers that the responses to queries are usually
best posted to the individual asking the question. That individual is
then strongly encouraged to post a summary to the list. This policy was
instituted to help control the huge volume of mail on LINGUIST; so we
would appreciate your cooperating with it whenever it seems appropriate.

Subject: Who was that text analysis author?
A while ago, I read a book review. The book was about text analysis, and
Skpe and the letter bomber were mentioned.
Absentmindedly, I neglected to make a note of the author and book title.
Can someone fill me in?

Subject: Brazilian Portuguese WordList
We are brazilian software developers and we need a spell checker for our
application. We already have found a spell checker component to include in
our software, but it does not have a "Brazilian Portuguese" dictionary.
Because a dictionary can be made if we get a Wordlist, we are looking for a
"Brazilian Portuguese" Wordlist to build one, but we have not found it.
Any help will be welcome.
Thanks,
Alexander Prado
