I completely agree with you. We have similar problems in Turkey. Last
September I presented a paper at the 35th Linuistics Colloquium at
Innsbruck, Austria. I am still trying to pay my depts.
Your idea is great. How about joining the discussions on line and answer the
qusestions related with our articles via e-mails?
