English Linguistics. Non-tenure-track position as Instructor or
Assistant Professor of English beginning Fall, 2002. Initial two-year
contract, renewable. ABD or Ph.D. in Applied Linguistics, English
Linguistics, or related discipline required. Ability to teach lower
level classes in language and linguistics, including a
sociolinguistically-oriented language awareness survey course, and
composition courses required. Evidence of effective teaching
required. Publication and/or demonstrated ability to teach
