Subject:  relative word order frequencies in English discourse

Can anybody tell me where to find statistics on relative word order
frequencies in English discourse? What I have in mind is the
percentage of utterances that are S-V-O, where S and O are full noun
phrases; the % where S and/or O are pronouns; the % in which the
object is fronted in questions or topicalization; etc.

If the source gives statistics comparing English with other languages,
that would be even better.

Subject:  Latin reflexivity

I'm working on my Ph.D. at the University of Groningen. I am doing
research on Latin reflexivity which I want to represent within the
theoretical framework of HPSG. Although I can find loads of material
on reflexivity in general and on reflexivity discussed within HPSG
(almost) no research seems to have been done on the topic of
reflexivity in Latin syntax.
Does anyone familiar with Latin syntax know of articles, books, papers,
etc. on this issue? Any hint is welcome.
