Full-time lecturer to teach undergraduate classes in Spanish and serve
as departmental liaison with the University in the High School Program
(including on-site visits to participating high schools throughout New
York State). M.A. in Spanish or equivalent, native or near-native
fluency in Spanish and English required; Ph.D. in Spanish linguistics
preferred (ABDs and generalists also considered). The ideal candidate
will have a strong background in Spanish teaching methods or second
language acquisition. Salary competitive. Position pending final
