Integrated Learning Consulting (ILC) is a research and development
consulting organization focusing on high-quality bilingual (English/
Chinese) education and cultural exchange experiences. We specialize
in customized programs for educational institutions in Asia
(Chinese-speaking regions such as China, Taiwan, Hong-Kong) and
