Description:
The Linguistics Program at the University of Montana meeds a linguist
who can teach introductory classes and a seminar in Applied
Linguistics, starting August, 2002 (Autumn semester, 2002). It is
possible that the position will become permanent upon reorganization
of the unit, at which time competition for the position will open
again. Salary to be determined.
Requirements: PhD completed by Autumn 2003; ability to teach the core
linguistics courses; interest in applied linguistics and endangered
languages; work in non-Indo-European languages.
