We'd like to remind readers that the responses to queries are usually
best posted to the individual asking the question. That individual is
then strongly encouraged to post a summary to the list. This policy was
instituted to help control the huge volume of mail on LINGUIST; so we
would appreciate your cooperating with it whenever it seems appropriate.
In addition to posting a summary, we'd like to remind people that it
is usually a good idea to personally thank those individuals who have
taken the trouble to respond to the query.

Hi
I am a PhD student in corpus linguistics at the University of
Sheffield in England. I am currently looking at fixed expression/
idiomatic type structures. Can anyone tell me of any other similar
work/ articles I could look at?
Thanks
Kelly Pycroft

Dear colleagues,
I am completing an A2 level English Language
Investigation course. My hypothesis is to find out how
teachers tailor their language to help the needs of
Asperger's Syndrome children.
I am also looking to find out different aspects of
Asperger Syndrome children's language.
Any help you could give me would be appreciated.
Many Thanks
