Full-time, tenure-track Assistant Professorship, beginning in Fall
2003. Major and graduate courses include Linguistics and the History
of the English Language. Ph.D. required. The normal teaching load is
four courses (12 hours) per semester, including freshman composition
and sophomore-level literature courses. A secondary expertise in the
theory and practice of writing for teachers of composition, at the
undergraduate and graduate levels, would be helpful. Please submit
