Syracuse University: 2-year non-renewable Assistant Professor position
in Linguistics. Teaching responsibilities (two courses per semester):
Must be able to teach undergraduate and MA level courses in
introductory linguistic analysis, syntax and courses in the
candidateâEuro(tm)s research areas. Research specialization open, but
preference given to the following areas: Syntax, semantics, the
syntax-semantics interface, morphology, diachronic syntax,
theoretically oriented typology. The person hired must have Ph.D. in
hand by August 2004. Salary will be competitive. Interviews at the LSA
annual meeting in Boston.
