Two academic posts are available in Computer Science at
Sheffield. Preference for one of these posts will be given to
candidates whose research interests fit those of the Speech and
Hearing group (http://www.dcs.shef.ac.uk/spandh/), such as
* Computational modelling of auditory and speech perception in humans
and machines
* Links between hearing and speech technology
* Theory and practice of automatic speech recognition
* Speech technology in speech training
Candidates should demonstrate a world-class research record in one or
more of these fields and both interest and ability in teaching.
