Meeting Description:
We are pleased to announce our Twelfth Manchester Phonology Meeting
(12mfm). The mfm is the UK's annual phonology conference, held in late
May every year in Manchester and organised by people in various parts
of the country, and abroad. In an informal atmosphere, we discuss a
wide range of topics, including the phonological description of a wide
range of languages, issues in phonological theory, aspects of
phonological acquisition and implications of phonological change.

We are pleased to announce that the programme for the Twelfth
Manchester Phonology Meeting (12mfm) has been posted on the website,
along with a booking form and other details:

As well as the special session's focus on Loanword Phonology, the
programme for the main sessions features papers and posters on a very
wide range of phonological topics.
People not presenting at the conference are, of course, welcome to
attend. We would be very grateful if all bookings could be sent in by
5th May. A late fee applies after this date.
