I am performing a survey on judgements concerning some elliptical
sentences in English. I would be very grateful if you would take the
survey, which consists of rating some thirty examples.
To do the survey, you need to give a bit of information about
yourself, including email address, by clicking on this link:
http://www.linguist-grid.org/cgi-bin/grid?view=new_user
Then, you should be able to click on the link below to do the survey:
http://www.linguist-grid.org/cgi-bin/grid?view=rate+test&test=34
I'm using Linguist-GRID (www.linguist-grid.org) to do this survey.
Linguist-GRID is a tool developed by Matthias Kromann at our
department. It is a freely available tool for doing linguistic
surveys. Please let me know if you are interested in using the tool
yourself.
If you're interested in seeing the current results of the survey, you
can click on this link:
http://www.linguist-grid.org/cgi-bin/grid?view=report&test=34
(Don't do this until after you've taken the survey yourself.)
Thanks!
