Description:
The William Paterson University is pleased to solicit applications and
nominations for faculty positions for the academic year 2004-2005.
Unless otherwise indicated, faculty appointments are tenure-track at
the rank of Assistant Professor. Specialization in TESOL, Bilingual
Education, or Applied Linguistics with sub-specialization in Methods
and Assessment. Ability to teach graduate courses in TESOL/Bilingual
Education, and undergraduate courses in a foreign language, preferably
Spanish, required. ESL K-12 teaching experience in US and
administrative skills preferred. A record of effective teaching;
publication and/or presentation in area(s) of specialization
required. Doctorate preferred (ABD considered) in TESOL, Bilingual
Education, or Applied Linguistics.
