Abstract:

Theory, Practice, and Acquisition is a selected proceedings of the 6th
Hispanic Linguistics Symposium and the 5th Conference on the
Acquisition of Spanish and Portuguese, which were held together at the
University of Iowa on October 18-20, 2002. The volume is organized
into five sections: (1) phonetics, phonology, morphology, and
historical linguistics, (2) syntax and semantics, (3) language use,
(4) L2 acquisition: syntax, morphology, phonology, and (5) applied
linguistics.
